Prepare the Following for an accurate estimate:

• Over Night/ Vacation Check/ Weekly Walk
• Number of Cats/Dogs/Horses
• Special Services Needed (ex.Stall Mucking)
• Duration of Services (Dates)

Third Step:

Next in this process includes a Face to Face Interview, made at your convenience, so that we can formally introduce ourselves and meet your pets. During our visit a variety of topics are covered:

Such As:

• Home Overview / Setup
• Veterinarian and Other Contacts
• Keys to be made for us (2 Sets)
• Provide Phone References/Proof of Insurance
• Any type of Special Care such as Medicine Administration, Basic Grooming, etc.

Second Step:

Within 24 hours, we will develop an estimate on the service from our Pricing Schedule and contact you for approval. We pride ourselves on providing a level of care unmatched in the area.

Step Four:

Our service will be carried out with the detail and care that you would provide for your own pets and ponies!

*Payment: Deposit of Half the Service is due 3 days prior to first visit. Complete payment is due by the first visit of the service.
